NJ Chancery Abstracts

We issue a Certificate of Regularity for cases conducted through our office. We provide procedural advice to attorneys and offer sample forms, as our expertise is rooted in mortgage and tax foreclosures, including In Rem and In Personam. We can also provide counsel on quiet title for both adverse and peaceable possession actions, partitions and condemnations.

Our traditional product includes careful review of the entire foreclosure file, with the highest priority placed on identifying the defendant and creditors and providing notes reflecting any irregularities found. All filed pleadings are abstracted with photocopies of material documents provided to our clients with noted irregularities interspersed on the appropriate pages.

This product is only produced after a Full Chancery Abstract is completed in our office, maintaining the true title-quality of the product. We will issue a two-page certificate listing all defendants joined in the complaint and any amendments to the complaint, the status of those defendants and all appropriate notes on irregularities found.

Case Status Reports are available for cases that do not have a final judgment. We will provide you with the current status of the file and copies of the requested documents.
